I have ordered, how long till I receive my goods?
Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, every listing has specific turnaround times listed as everything is handmade and every restock is influenced by peak ordering times.
I filled all my details at checkout but when I went to pay my cart was empty! Did my order go through?
Sometimes my stock sells darn fast. So fast that sometimes another customer has bought the item you picked! Unless you've seen confirmation page of your purchase pop up, unfortunately that means your item didn't go through.
I see the picture of what I want, how come the option to buy it isn't in the drop down menu?
If the colour option you want isn't available in the drop down menu it means we've sold out.
How will I know when my goods are on their way?
As soon as your kawaii pie pieces are packed and sent, you'll receive an email the same day with your tracking number.
Do you offer custom work?
I sure do! Please do not order if there's any changes you want to make to an item including a different colour, or change of colour order. Please email me with a request and I will create a custom slot for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! If you don't see your country to ship to send me a direct message on Instagram ( for a quick reply ) or send an email ( a reply may take a few days ) for a tracked shipping quote.
Do you do wholesale orders?
Sure do! To receive the wholesale pricing and quantity list email firstname.lastname@example.org or just click that contact tab and write up your message!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I panicked and purchased and I've changed my mind, can I refund or exchange?
Please choose carefully as I do not issue refunds or exchange due to change of mind.
Do you refund or exchange for faulty goods?
Every item is quality checked, packed and sent carefully by me. Natural occurring grains and knots in the wood are not considered faults. Slight differences in the hand drawn items are not considered faults. Please be aware monitor colours show up differently to actual colours of products. kawaii pie doesn't take responsibility for damaged or missing goods. Please chase up with AUSPOST.
I want to buy but it's sold out, when are you restocking?
Currently I create your goods on a made to order system and restock occurs every 4 weeks with limited quantities.
Is there a mailing list?
Unfortunately no. At this point in time the best way to find out when a drop is happening is to turn on post notifications through Instagram as all of my alerts are posted there.
